Everything starts with a conversation. Tell me what you have in mind, whether you have a clear idea already or just know that you’d like an original piece of artwork. We’ll talk through your ideas, the space it’s for, the size, style and anything else that’s important to you.
Once we’ve spoken and I understand what you’re looking for, I’ll put together a proposal for your piece. This will include the idea behind the artwork, size, materials, pricing and an estimated timeframe.
Framing can also be arranged as part of your commission, depending on the piece and your preferences. I’ll discuss the available options with you and include this in the proposal if you’d like your artwork framed.
For certain commissions, I may create digital visual concepts so you can get a better idea of how the finished piece could look.
Once everything is agreed, a 50% deposit is required to secure your commission and allow me to begin preparing for the piece. Depending on the size and materials needed, I may need to order a canvas, wood or other materials specifically for your artwork.
Once everything is ready, I’ll begin creating your piece in my studio. The timeframe can vary depending on the size and complexity of the work. I’ll keep you updated throughout the process, particularly with larger commissions, so you can see the piece coming together.
The remaining 50% is due once the artwork is completed, before delivery or collection.
Once your artwork is complete, I’ll arrange delivery with you and make sure the piece is packaged safely for its journey.
For London-based clients, I may be able to deliver the artwork personally. For artwork being sent further afield, I’ll arrange a trusted courier depending on the size and location.
If you are based in London and the artwork needs to be installed, I can recommend a trusted professional to carry this out for you. Installation costs are quoted separately.
Private commissions start from £600, with the final price depending on the size, medium and complexity of the artwork.
Framing can be arranged and will be quoted separately depending on the piece.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your commission, with the remaining 50% due once the artwork is completed and before delivery or collection.
